Model production for Miniature Cities, Museums and private people

We have been producing models for outdoor and indoor use for the past 15 years. Our clients are miniature cities, private people and museums. We can produce models in scales varying between 1:10 and 1:50 (metric),suitable for outdoor and indoor use.

- Some Miniature City Facts

Miniatures range in size from 4.000 m2 up to 100.000 m2.
Local, national or even worldwide models can be chosen as a theme for the tourist park. The scale of the models varies between 1:12 and 1:33.The project may be built indoors or outdoors; most are outdoors.
The lay-out may consist of extensive gardens and a small number of models or a complete city design with hardly any gardens.
The number of visitors range from 75.000 up to 2.000.000 per year, depending on the initial design and local circumstances a project can be profitable already with 75.000 visitors.
The projects usually have a restaurant, shop and a playground. An exhibition room and other attractions can be included. Investments range from US$. 4.000.000,- to over US$. 20.000.000,

Initial development costs for a new miniature city:
- Pre-Master plan study and pre-feasibility study:

Total time needed, if sufficient information is available (statistics, maps,..): 4-6 weeks, 

Value: €. 35.000,- plus expenses.

- Pre-concept and presentation, with a full feasibility study:

Total time needed, if sufficient information is available (statistics, maps,..): 10-12 weeks

Value: €. 35.000,- plus expenses (hotel, economy flight- 2 people, car,..), Includes colour copied

presentation booklets.

Secondhand models for sale or lease.

We currently have about 90 models for sale or lease/rent. All suitable for outdoor use, the

majority of the models are based on European models.
