Feasibility studies:

Feasibility studies:
We used to make prepare feasibility studies for a number of tourist projects, as well as for general swimming pools.
General proceedings:
1. Location survey.
First of all a visit must be made to the location and surrounding areas to study carefully the local situation and circumstances and to
discusswith you, other people involved and organizations such as the local government and tourist office what can be developed.
The client will explain his ideas about the project.
We will also learn about possible restrictions and opportunities. The client will provide all the necessary property information.
We will prepare a report in which we will draw any suggestions as to what could be developed and how to proceed.
This report will also include a work definition as well as the work involved. Later on we quote you the costs for the preparation of the
first phase of the project. Go / no go decision can be made by both parties involved.

2. Pre- master plan:
A preliminary concept study will be made. Defining in more details the project, in close cooperation with the client and other parties
